Kim Miranda was born in Baguio, Philippines and calls home to both there and the U.S.  

She is currently a freelance artist located in Pearland, TX and has worked in magazines, children's books, comics and is a painting instructor on the side. ​

Her aim is to use her passion with character design, storyboards and visual development as cooperative sibling mediums to create engaging, fascinating connections and unique stories. 
 

Kim is also passionate about studying art history, comics, poetry, indigenous world culture, contemporary painting and human rights.
